Board of Deacons
The Board of Deacons of the Congregational Church of Needham
The Board of Deacons is one of the church’s standing committees. The mandate given to the Deacons by the bylaws is to cooperate with the Ministers in carrying out the work of the church, with emphasis on the spiritual welfare of its members. The Deacons also have the responsibility for maintaining communication between members of the congregation and the Professional Staff.
